This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of your furniture purchases, including desks, office chairs, and storage shelves. We are committed to ensuring your items arrive safely and efficiently, while keeping you informed throughout the entire delivery process. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We offer shipping to most regions within the contiguous country, with select options for remote areas. Please note that shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain overseas territories may not be available due to the size and weight of our furniture items. At checkout, you will be able to confirm if your shipping address is eligible for delivery.
Order processing time typically takes 1-3 business days. This period includes order verification, quality inspection of your furniture, and preparation for shipment. Given the bulky nature of desks, office chairs, and storage shelves, we partner with trusted freight carriers specializing in large-item delivery to ensure safe transit. Standard shipping times range from 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch, though delivery may take longer for remote locations or during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders; details of such promotions will be clearly stated on the website at the time of the offer.
We take great care in packaging your furniture to prevent damage during transit. Desks and storage shelves are wrapped in protective foam and corrugated cardboard, with reinforced corners for added stability. Office chairs are disassembled (where necessary) and packaged with individual components secured to avoid scratches or dents. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery and take clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a damage claim; failure to do so may affect our ability to assist you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
For undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by you, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery. To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping address, including apartment numbers, building codes, and contact details, before completing your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you may be subject to a restocking fee and the full cost of return shipping, as the carrier will need to redirect or return the large-item shipment. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we will confirm the feasibility of cancellation based on the order’s shipping status.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our separate Return Policy. For returned furniture items, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
