Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases of desks, office chairs, storage shelves, and other products, outlining the terms for initiating returns, exchanges, and refunds. We aim to ensure transparency and fairness, helping you resolve issues with your purchase efficiently while protecting the integrity of our products.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and instruction manuals included. Customized products or items damaged due to improper use, assembly, maintenance, or accidents are not eligible for return or exchange.
For defective products, missing parts, or items that arrive damaged, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours. Provide clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label to support your claim. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, full refund, or exchange at our discretion, free of charge for return shipping in such cases.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first submit a request through the designated process on the website. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return/exchange. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an approved RA number, as they may be refused or delayed.
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), you are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable freight carrier, especially for bulky items like desks and storage shelves, to ensure safe transit. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will verify its eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect, error, or our mistake. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is confirmed to meet eligibility requirements, with standard shipping times applying to the new shipment.
Damaged or defective products may require a return of the original item before a replacement is sent, unless otherwise arranged. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or send replacement parts instead of a full return, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Returns received after the 30-day window, or items that do not meet eligibility criteria, may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product’s purchase price. Rejected items may be returned to you at your expense, or disposed of if you decline to cover return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that show signs of excessive use, tampering, or improper packaging. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
